This policy outlines the terms and conditions for making reservations and payments at Sultana Resort Niagara. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms.
Availability: Guests can view real-time availability of accommodations directly on our website.
Booking Requests: Booking requests can be submitted through our integrated booking engine on the website.
Confirmation: Upon successful submission of a booking, the system will send a confirmation email.
Villa Layout: Sultana Resort Niagara offers a 4-bedroom duplex villa, with two rooms on each floor.
Upstairs: Includes 2 full bedrooms, a seating area, and 1 full bathroom.
Main Floor: Includes 2 full bedrooms, a kitchen, a sun room, and 2 washrooms, along with a barbecue deck.
Total Bathrooms: The villa has 3 bathrooms.
Kitchen: There is 1 kitchen available.
Sun Room: There is 1 sun room available.
Occupancy Capacity: The standard occupancy capacity for the villa is 10-12 people.
Additional Mattresses: If needed, 2 extra mattresses can be provided at an applicable charge.
Daily Rent: The daily rental rate for the villa is 300 CAD.
Weekly Rent: The weekly rental rate for the villa is 1900 CAD. (Please note that the original weekly rate was 2100 CAD) .
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of 300 CAD is required for all bookings.
Damage Deposit: A security deposit is required at check-in to cover any potential damages during your stay.
For daily rentals, the damage deposit is 200 CAD.
For weekly rentals, the damage deposit is 500 CAD.
This damage deposit is refundable, provided no damages occur during your stay.
If online payments are enabled, guests shall pay deposits via an integrated payment gateway.
Payment integration is subject to the resort acquiring a merchant account.
For booking confirmation and money transfers, an email address will be provided.
Photo Identification: Guests are required to provide 2 types of valid photo ID upon check-in.
Personal Information Form: An online personal information form will need to be completed.
Consent: Specific consent may be required from guests as mandated by CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation).
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the resort premises or in the accommodations.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay. Any costs incurred due to damages will be deducted from the damage deposit.
